STEP 1: Preparation
Remove contact lenses.
Clean the eye-area with our oilfree, lash strengthening RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove residues and achieve optimum results.
Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream and Eye protection papers according to instructions.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
Immediately before tinting mix 2cm of tint and 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream into a creamy paste.
Afterwards apply to brows and lashes.
STEP 3: Application time
Lashes: 10 minutes.
Brows: 5-10 minutes. The longer the application time the more intensive the result.
STEP 4: Ready!
Remove by using cotton wool pads and water.
Tips & Tricks
If RefectoCil Blonde Brow has been previously used, the application time is shortened by 1-5 minutes, with RefectoCil Eyelash Curl it’s shortened to 2 minutes.
Allergy test: We recommend an allergy test (patch test) before the first application as well as after long periods without tinting.
STEP 1: Preparation for Blonde
Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream.
Afterwards apply to the eyebrows.
STEP 3: Application time
Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes
5 minutes: one shade lighter
12 minutes: two shades lighter
20 minutes: three shades lighter
STEP 4: Ready!
Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
Oxidant cream is characterized by its easy to mix texture. It ensures brilliant colour results and is a must for RefectoCil Blonde Brow. Sufficient for about 150 applications.
The Silicone Pads prevent unwanted staining of the skin. They are self-adhesive – no cream is needed. The soft, impermeable high-tech silicone is anti-slip, skin-friendly and matches any eye shape. Easy to clean and reusable up to 100 times.

The “Brow Mapper by RefectoCil” helps when drawing brow shapes that are based on individual measurements. It helps when pre-drawing the right shape before colouring or can also be used for the first step of Brow Styling Services (brow mapping for optimal shaping).

Apply RefectoCil Silicone Pads with the glossy side onto the skin, directly below the eyelid and press them gently on the skin.
Apply RefectoCil eyelash tint.
After the application time, remove the eyelash tint directly from the Silicone Pads with a wet cotton pad.
Cleansing
Cleaning the pads with soap and water is sufficient because bacteria can’t set on the surface.
