We will accept product returns and provide you with a store credit or refund where the product is deemed faulty or is not of acceptable quality subject to the below:
Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase, so please make sure you bring it back or post it back to us in good time.
“7 days” applies from the original date of purchase.
Please provide Proof of Purchase.
Items must not be used. Some sale items are also non refundable if they are an end of line or discontinued item.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online purchases where you are not returning all products ordered) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets conditions above. Where the product is required to be returned to determine if the item is faulty, the return cost is at the customers expense until determination is made by the manufacturer.
CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED ITEMS
We cannot offer a refund on items listed below due to Hygiene reasons, product storage or broken seals:
- Any glues
- Makeup including brushes
- Polish or gel Polish
- Spray tan
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind so please purchase wisely.
WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS
All Warranty is supported by the brand involved and warranty is as per each individual brands cover, in some cases they may require you to send the item back for repair, service, exchange or replacement and there may be a cost for freight involved, please feel free to ask if you have any concerns.
