Joiken Warranty:
1. Joiken reserves the rights to either replace free of charge or repair any goods proved to
be of defective manufacture, provided that the cost of returning and re-delivering the goods will
be at the Customers expense. Warranty is limited to 12 months from date of purchase.
2. Joiken liability shall be limited to the obligation to supply free of charge or repair products
proved to have been defective in quality or workmanship at the time of delivery. In no event
shall the Seller be liable for consequential damage or for claims for labour.
3. All goods are sold ex-warehouse. The Selller cannot be held liable for damages in transit.
4. No warranty is given as to the condition or performance of any goods. In particular, no such
warranty is given in respect of damage or loss sustained to goods arising from faulty assembly or fitting.
