EYEBROW CONDITIONER 50 ml
Gently cleanses eyebrows from dye residue and helps to protect tinted hairs, keeping the color rich and intense. Has a weak acid environment, stabilizes the shade on skin, and stops the colorant action, due to which eyebrow hairs do not become darker and do not change the color after the procedure. The composition is enriched with care components: Grapeseed oil improves the condition of hairs and skin, helps to retain moisture inside a hair. Wheat proteins create a film that protects and smooths the surface of hairs.
