SHOWROOM HOURS:
Visit our showroom Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm, excluding public holidays. Our doors are open to industry qualified professionals, providing a personalized shopping experience.

AFTER HOURS COLLECTIONS:
For added flexibility, take advantage of our Beauty Locker facility, proudly sponsored by Jax Wax Australia. Simply call ahead, and we'll have your goods ready for collection at a time that suits you.
COMPLIMENTARY DELIVERY:
Our commitment to exceptional service extends to our local salon partners and home based businesses. Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders over $80, delivered straight to your salon door. For orders under $80, a nominal $5 delivery fee applies, within our local area.
Additionally, our dedicated Salon Sales Rep hits the road on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, ensuring prompt delivery and personalized service.

Online Freight Cost:
While most orders can be shipped for our flate rate, please always check the product comments as larger heavy items will require a quote on freight costs prior to purchase.
Profile Salon Supplies & Education offers a wide variety of industry short courses from our professional facility on the Gold Coast.
Our nail, beauty, skin, and specialty short courses are tailored to each student’s specific training needs, providing a direct pathway into the industry. Every course combines essential theory with hands-on learning in our simulated workplace environment, ensuring students graduate with practical, job-ready skills.
What sets us apart is that our training is brand-related and fully supported by leading professional suppliers, giving you the opportunity to learn with trusted products and systems that are recognised across the industry. This direct brand connection helps you enter the workforce with confidence, knowing you are trained to industry expectations and standards.
Our courses are structured to align closely with the criteria of the Australian Quality Training Framework and meet professional industry standards.
All of our Educators are highly qualified, industry-relevant, and certified Trainers & Assessors, passionate about sharing their expertise.
Please note: Profile Salon Supplies & Education is not a Registered Training Organisation, so some of our courses are non-accredited and we do not receive government funding. We are however partnered on some courses please ask for more information.
Government Accredited vs Non-Accredited Training
Completing an accredited course leads to a formal qualification (e.g., Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate II in Nail Technology). These are delivered by an RTO, meet government standards, and may offer credit towards further studies.
A non-accredited course, while not a formal academic qualification, is still recognised by industry associations and bodies.
Advantages of Non-Accredited Training with Us:
Focus only on the skills you need rather than the full training package and is aligned with our brands.
(e.g., Certificate in Facial Treatments instead of a full Diploma)
